Here are the terms and conditions that you accept when ordering with Butterfly Bakes.
Your cakes shall be delivered using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service and therefore can be delivered to 99% of the UK before 1.00pm the following day.
We are unable to deliver on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Public Holiday.
Our packaging and delivery prices are based upon ensuring your cupcakes reach you in optimum condition and using the weight costings through the Royal Mail service as stated above.
Please place your order no later than 8pm on the evening before your cupcakes will be baked, with the exception of Thursday-Sunday as demonstrated below.

Butterfly Bakes cupcakes are decorated by hand with a variety of toppings which may vary from our gallery.
We can provide any number of cupcakes, should you wish to order more than a dozen. Please email us for a personalised quotation.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given Butterfly Bakes the correct delivery information, and that someone will be available to sign for your gift. Butterfly Bakes will be unable to give any refunds in these circumstances.
If your gift recipient is not in, the Royal Mail shall leave a Special Delivery card providing your recipient with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or collect in person from a local Post Office Branch. Butterfly Bakes accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable, therefore, you may wish to consider sending your gift to a work address.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your gift, Butterfly Bakes ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to inform us of any problems. If your gifts appear to be damaged in transit, Butterfly Bakes will require evidence either by return of delivery or photographs before any refunds can be made.
Please note that whilst Butterfly Bakes can provide refunds, any compensation will not include postage and packaging costs, nor exceed the original value paid for the cupcakes ordered.
If you need to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible as orders that have already been baked cannot be cancelled.
We can include a hand written message card with your gift, which will be produced exactly as stated at the time of ordering.
